Charles Augustus Lindbergh

To complete the American History unit of the certificate each tutorial class divided into small groups of four or five and debate an era of U.S. history. This role-play exercise took the place of an exam and my group discussed the decade of the 1930's and the period known as the Great Depression.

My character was Charles Lindbergh. He the first man to first solo across the Atlantic Ocean and great an example of the prosperity in America prior to the Wall Street crash of 1929. He was also a key speaker for the America First Committee, an organisation that was against American involvement in World War II.
